Inventory of Techstack

perl $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/txkInventory.pl gives you an HTML formatted techstack report.
$ cd $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin
$ perl txkInventory.pl

Enter Report File name ? /tmp/txk.htm
*** ALL THE FOLLOWING FILES ARE REQUIRED FOR RESOLVING RUNTIME ERRORS
*** STDOUT = $COMMON_TOP/rgf/$CONTEXT_NAME/TXK/txkInventory.pl_Fri_Oct_5_14_52_08_2007_stdout.log
Reportfile /tmp/txk.htm generated successfully.

Run this command on both your Database tier and app tiers to get the Technology Inventory Report.
