To access Oracle Diagnostics you have to login through Oracle Applications Manager or Self Service and then navigate to Oracle Diagnostics. There is another way to access it through a direct URL. Here's the URL:
http://hostname.domainname:port/OA_HTML/jtfqalgn.htm which eventually redirects to:
http://hostname.domainname:port/OA_HTML/DiagLogin.jsp
You could try this in
