This should be actually showing

/development/oracle/10.2.0

I checked the adcfgclone.pl logs in $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/log/$CONTEXT_NAME directory but did not find any errors.

I have asked the DBAs to re-run adcfgclone.pl. I'll update this post as I learn more.
